I, Pallavi Gombar, Director of Hulsta and Rolf Benz Furniture would like to take this opportunity to put on record my appreciation for Arjun Nijhawan, Managing Director of Fork n Spoon Catering Services.
I referred Arjun’s services to a close friend for her wedding functions. While this may be true for all business, but in the wedding business, one is really putting their credibility and reputation on line while referring someone and I must admit, Arjun made me proud. The other concern I had was, of course, that I too would be consuming those dishes on the two functions had Arjun got the order. There, too, I was please beyond expectation by the taste of the food and the quality of the service.
The starters, vegetarian as well as non-vegetarian, were all exceptional in taste. The presentation of the Thai rolls certainly caught the attention of a lot of people. The chilli prawns and kakori were my favourite nibbles for the evening. What needs special mention is that at 7 degrees in a freezing farm house, they were able to serve piping hot sumptuous food.
Arjun has a fantastic team that is slowly but surely helping him put into execution his vision of becoming the leading catering service provider in the country. I wish them all the best!

My brother got married in Feb 2016 @ Heritage Resort Manesar &when the dates got finalized, I contacted Fork n Spoon, among other caterers for quotations. Fork n Spoon Team promptly got on the job & ensured that all of our requirements were met. I asked for special Maison Jars for cocktails, unique decoration near the food & it was all delivered with class. They really are bespoke caterers. The party went on farm 8pm to 4am, the waiters ere servicing snacks there were guests and until our family sat down for their dinner. Even then some guests were having dinner from the Kiosks manned by servers & chefs preparing hot meals & snacks for my guests.
Their service is much appreciated in all my functions and I would highly recommend them to all my future family functions.
